Toray Compliance Awareness Month 2025

Every February, Toray Composite Materials America, Inc. proudly observes Compliance Month—a dedicated time to reinforce the importance of compliance in our day-to-day operations in order to uphold the standards that keep our workplace ethical, safe, and successful. This year, the Compliance Department rolled out a variety of engaging and educational initiatives designed to empower employees and strengthen our compliance culture:

• Compliance Training Modules were assigned through UKG, ensuring employees had access to key compliance knowledge tailored to their roles.
• Huddle Sheets were shared with our Production teams, sparking important conversations and reinforcing expectations on the floor.
• The “Words of Wisdom” Series (1–8)—a collection of insights and best practices, offering guidance and inspiration across the organization.

In addition to these learning tools, we watched a video message from President Ohya from Toray Industries, Inc. reinforcing the importance of our shared commitment to compliance across the entire organization. We also participated in the Annual Compliance Month Survey for 2024 from Toray Industries (America), Inc.

And of course, team members received free gift bags as a token of appreciation as well as encouragement. Each bag included a pen, gummy bears, and a bear-shaped stress ball—a small and fun reminder that compliance can be both meaningful and enjoyable.
