This Quality Manual applies to our production facilities located in Decatur, Alabama, USA for Carbon Fiber and Tacoma, Washington, USA for Prepreg and is applicable to processes from receipt of customer requirements through finished product, handling, storage & delivery, and customer feedback.

This manual applies to all suppliers providing material or services that affects Toray CMA product realization (fit, form, function); products that physically contact our finished product; or when there are close-tolerance controlled products provided to us; not to exclude sub-tier sources.

Should you have any concern with compliance with any applicable quality requirements listed within a Quality Clause, please fill out the Exception form below. Resolution and / or changes to the requirements obtained via a Toray CMA Quality representative is required prior to issuance of the purchase order.

If the supplier/distributor has reason to believe that the product does not conform to Toray CMA Purchase Order (PO), TCSC, raw material specification and/or Procurement Agreement requirements, but may be acceptable for use, the supplier must complete a Supplier Advanced Rejection Notice (SARN) (either Supplier’s form, or our form below). Nonconforming product must not be shipped unless we approve the request. Reference SQRM Quality Clause 08.
